It is encouraging to see Jonathon Kraft always so engaged with the team, but he’s not realizing the real issue with this staff and team. In addition to the players’ talent level not being upgraded by GM Eliot Wolf, Jerod Mayo is to blame for this incapability with the team.
OC Alex Van Pelt can only do so much with the receivers on this offense, and coordinators can always make mistakes. The reality is that the head coach is not creating enough of a culture to chase success, and his media conferences are always cause for concern.
How about getting on your general manager for an offseason of poor signings and a horrible draft post-Maye? Has Jerod Mayo made the established players you do have any better?
