If things weren’t bad enough, the former regime of the Patriots is gaining a bad name for itself as well. Bill Belichick is doing his former player Jerod Mayo no favors to calm people down in New England…
The quotes speak for themselves, and it looks like Belichick is out to fully boost his own profile. He’s trashing Mayo’s ability to coach while trying to remind everyone what an amazing job he did with the defensive line last year.
It’s awfully unfair to, first of all, compare himself to someone who seemingly is a friend, and also boast about any sample of his last few years coaching New England. Belichick knows that wins matter above all in this region, and he had no shortage of embarrassing losses during his final seasons.
The former and current regimes of the Patriots are in some sort of disarray, and it’s so frustrating to see…
