After some inconsistency with the offense over the past few years, it would be fair to move things around coaching-wise as well. Dillon Lawson seems like a good poach to align with the organizational mentality.
However, should Pete Fatse and his ideals still be around? It felt like there could have been a move made to shift from the recent regime, but the higher-ups are deciding to just build on to it.
I disagree with the idea of keeping any pieces of the regime from the past few years, but if Lawson can help maintain consistency throughout the season, I obviously won’t be complaining. Whether that will be evident is highly unlikely—but here goes nothing…
